1. Our AI connects on the phone with the lead and attempts to transfer the to your staff, regardless of whether the staff answers or not.
2. Our AI connects with a lead and gathers any missing information required for a credit app submission. This may be via text or through a dynamic branded link.
You are only charged per connected call. So if the AI calls the lead 10 times before they answer, you are only charged once.
BKD.ai seamlessly integrates with your dealership's current software systems using standard formats like ADF, CSV, webhooks and email parsing. Although you can keep your existing CRM, some features may not be supported to get the full benefit of BKD.
When BKD receives a lead, it knows what information is missing in order to complete a credit application the same way your reps do. It will obtain this information from the lead through conversation or using a dynamic link branded to your store.
Yes! In all cases, BKD warms up the lead to be ready to provide these items to your staff, and is able to request that they are sent in advance of the call. When received, BKD will notify the assigned rep and attach them to the client file in your CRM (assuming your CRM allows this functionality).

When our AI has the lead on the phone and confirms intent, a call is initiated to your staff from the AI, which will start with a breakdown of the lead, summary of the call and then patch the call through. A text with this information is also sent to the staff member that answers the call.
If a lead doesn't respond to our initial outreach, you can manage them just as you would handle any traditional lead, however you can also set our AI to automatically follow up with them until they are engaged and ready for your staff.
