Your CRM, in your pocket on the lot.
Reps don't live at a desk. The BKD app puts the inbox, calls on your BKD line, appointments and your Sidekick in your hand, so a lead never waits until you're back inside.
BKD has iOS and Android apps for its dealership CRM. Reps get Your Day, a unified inbox for texts, email and calls, calling on their BKD business line with cell fallback, push alerts for new leads and Sidekick handoffs, appointment booking, trade-in links, website chat replies and one-tap take-over from the AI.
What reps do from their phone.
- Your Day: urgent replies, calls and tasks in one list
- Unified inbox: SMS, email and call history in one thread, with recordings
- Calls on your BKD line, with the customer's lead type and vehicle on the call screen
- Choose how calls ring: app only, app with cell backup, cell only, or both
- Push alerts for new leads, replies, Sidekick handoffs and mentions
- Take over from Sidekick in one tap, or hand the thread back
- Book, reschedule and cancel appointments
- Text a customer a trade-in link that collects photos and details
- Reply to live website chats
- Multiple dealerships with an account switcher
Questions dealers ask.
Does BKD have a mobile app?
Yes, for iOS and Android. It covers the inbox, calls on your BKD line, push alerts, appointments, trade-in links, website chat and Sidekick take-over.
Can I call customers from the app on my dealership number?
Yes. Calls go in and out on your BKD business line, ringing like a normal call, and you choose whether calls ring the app, your cell, or both.
Can I appraise or desk deals from the app?
Not yet. The app is built for working leads and conversations. Appraisals, inventory and deals are in the web app.
