Read the conversation. Every text, call and note on a customer's thread, or a search across all messages for who mentioned a trade, price or financing.
Check deals and pipelines. Deals by stage, rep or date, so you can ask what's stuck, what's approved and what's delivering this week.
Search live inventory. Units in stock filtered by make, model, year, price, mileage or days on the lot. Admins also get Market Watch flags on aging and stale prices.
